Dynamic Systems & Research develops world-class technical solutions, leading innovation in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering.
Our families of shock-hardened data recorders were originally developed to measure the complex shock environment that weapon systems commonly experience during projectile penetration into geologic and man-made targets.
We are a world leader in the development and manufacturing of triaxial test systems, fast-acting spool valves, Hopkinson pressure bars, as well as high-pressure hydraulic intensifiers.
With over 35 years of experience in mechanical engineering, we utilize state-of-the-art engineering design practices to develop our mechanical systems. Most of our designs are application specific systems that require a broad background in mechanical properties, heat-treating, finishing, and coating techniques.
Our team has an extensive background in interior and exterior ballistic research. We generally specialize in weapon research and development through scaled testing and modeling. Our systems are typically compatible with our shock hardened electronic systems to allow for data collection of warhead and payload environments during the penetration/shock event.
For more than a decade, we have served our clients by providing them with world-class solutions and world-class support.
"Dynamic Systems & Research was established in the heart of the American Southwest in 2008 with the mission to equip the American warfighter with superior technical solutions."
"With more than 80 years of collective experience, our team works alongside government agencies and contractors to solve problems and lead innovation in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering."
